WELCOME TO THE LOFT
Branchflower Loft, formerly Marian Built Loft, is a beautifully restored event space in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle, recently renamed in honor of the family who founded the historic marina where the marian built warehouse now stands.
Spanning 2,500 square feet, Our open-concept loft is a versatile space for meetings, dining, and lounging — ideal for intimate gatherings and creative events, with a capacity of up to 50 guests. More than just a venue, it’s designed to bring people together, fostering meaningful connections and a strong sense of community.
